LANCOME FLASH BRONZER | REVIEW

lancome flash bronzer reviewI know you already miss summer, sunsets , sea and bronzed skin! 🙂 I certainly do! If pale skin isn’t your thing and you’d love a bit of bronze to your look during these cold winter months, you may want to consider using a self tanner.

Lancôme self tanners are some of those products I always go back to when I want to get a fake tan than looks natural. They come in two versions, for legs and for body, and are slightly different in texture but both give amazing results. If you can’t decide which one to pick, read on!

LANCÔME SELF TAN FLASH BRONZER FOR LEGS

Lancôme Self Tan Flash Bronzer for Legs has a very luxurious formula, it’s a mix between a shimmery gel and dry oil and spreads like a dream! The shimmer is very delicate and gives the skin a gorgeous, subtle glow and it also helps you see exactly where you are placing the product so you can get a streak-free result.

The texture is very thin and a bit runny but it blends into the skin with so little effort, you don’t need to massage it for minutes until it sinks in. It’s lightweight and non sticky but you’ll have to wait for about 15 minutes before getting dressed as it doesn’t dry very quickly. It has a wonderful, elegant scent I quite love, the self tanner smell is barely there and completely gone once you shower.

The colour develops quite fast, in about one hour you’ll get a golden glow and a medium tan after two three hours. One application is not going to give you a dark tan but you can build up to a more intense colour by adding more layers, just mind that in this case the bronze won’t fade away quite evenly. The final result is just a gorgeous tan that looks very natural and summery. Definitely a premium fake tan worth trying!

lancome flash bronzer body review

LANCOME SELF TAN FLASH BRONZER FOR BODY

This self tanner has a different texture, it’s a shimmer-free tinted gel with a thicker consistency and literally dries out in a flash! You actually need to apply it really fast otherwise it can be difficult to spread. It’s not sticky and it’s transfer resistant which means you can get dressed immediately after application.

The colour it produces is slightly more intense than the one you get with the gel for legs, a medium, amber tan that lasts around 5 days. I just love it!

I noticed that my skin feels more dry after using this gel and I need to use a very hydrating body lotion after showering. If your skin is prone to dryness, the Flash Bronzer for legs may be a better option as it’s more oily and nourishing, it doesn’t dry out the skin and can be applied all over the body not only on the legs.

If  you haven’t tried these genius self tanners yet, I highly recommend ! Keep your skin glowing all year round!
